Curriculum

At Our Loving Village, we value early education! Our parent-teachers facilitate in child-centered play using a variety of  method-inspired learning approaches such as Montessori, Waldorf,  Charlotte Mason and Conscious Discipline to help each child reach their full potential.

We believe these methods best align with our home education and child-rearing beliefs. It is our journey to acknowledge these lifestyle choices that teach maturity and independence from a very young age.  Our lessons and child guidance techniques follow this mindset. Parents of Our Loving Village, children are encouraged to learn and carry-over these practices in their home life as well.

Our daily lessons include the 5 domains of early childhood development learning which are motor/physicalcognitive, social/emotionalcommunication/language, and self-help skills.

Using well-crafted materials for play and teaching. We incorporate lessons from several curriculum databases like Early Saxon Learning, Frog Street and PBS Learning Studios. Print and digital media are used to help children learn each objective.

Parents are able to see their child's progress and review any projects daily through Our Loving Village's, online classroom and can communicate with their child's teacher.

Our Loving Village is Here to Help!

During times of uncertainty, Our Loving Village aims to meet needs of the community!   We have partnered with the USDA in a program that will allow us to meet hunger-related needs of children and families who enroll in our meal program at NO CHARGE! No child should ever feel hunger pangs. We hope to reach those in need by providing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks! This and more is in the works to relieve the disparities in our communities.  For more information on what Our Loving Village will be offering, check out Pandemic Resource page often!
